2025 was a year when the need for an organisation like War Child – focused specifically on children caught up in conflict zones – was clearer than ever. Our teams mobilised to respond across 14 country programmes and, with our global partners, we also reached children in countries where we don’t have an office ourselves. Working in partnership, either with local organisations or with global NGOs, is now our default approach. Through the power of partnership, children in 30 countries worldwide in need of psychosocial recovery, education, and child protection received high-quality support, using methodologies developed by War Child.
